Woman in the state of haidh touching the Quraan Shareef with gloves

Q: Is it permissible for a lady in the condition of haidh to touch the Quraan Shareef while wearing gloves? 

Can she recite the Quraan Shareef in the condition of haidh while pointing to the Quranic verses with a pen? 

We attend madrasah and our Apa has implemented this system.

A: 

1. When a woman is in the state of haidh, it is not permissible for her to touch the Quraan Majeed with her hands or while wearing gloves. 

2. In the state of haidh, it is not permissible for a woman to recite the Quraan Majeed.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
