Making masah of the head after a hair transplant

Q: From my understanding, the hair transplant treatment is permissible. After having it done, one is required not to let water touch the scalp for about 3 days. How then should one do masah?

A: One may pass one's wet hands over quarter of the head where the treatment was not done.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
