Facing the Hajr-e-Aswad and raising one's hands when making istilaam

Q: With regards to Tawaaf, when making Istilaam (besides the 1st and last Istilaam) while making the remainder of the Istilaams in between: 

1. Does a person stop and face the Hajre Aswad with his entire body face and chest? 

2. Does he raise both hands or one only?

A: Yes, one should face the Hajre Aswad with one's face and entire body at the time of istilaam. 

One should raise both the hands.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
