Woman performing tawaaf without a mahram

Q: If a woman goes for Umrah with a mahram, can she do tawaaf without a mahram or go to the mataaf to pray without a mahram? 

A: If she is quite safe and at a spot and time where she will not bump into anybody then she may do the tawaaf without a mahram.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
