Hugging or kissing one's spouse while in the state of ihraam

Q: I want to find out more about being intimate with your partner when gone for umrah. 

1. During ihraam, is it permissible to hug your spouse or kiss on the cheek etc. 

2. Is it permissible to be physically intimate with your partner when out of ihraam while in Makkah and Madinah?

A: 

1. During ihraam, it is not permissible to hug or kiss or to touch with lust. These actions cause dam to become compulsory. 

2. This is permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
