Q: I have a business selling Kurtas. Is it permissible to use a nasheed with no musical background or impermissible voice in the background for the adverts. Is it permissible to use Arabic poetry without any impermissible voice or meaning as well?
A: Many a time, these nasheeds have resemblance with musical tones. Therefore, it is best to refrain.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
