Q: I'd like to know if it's the father's responsibility to provide for a daughter if she's not married at the age of 30, e.g. with clothing, food, shelter, medical, etc.
A: If she is not married and she also does not have children (e.g. from a previous nikaah) who are able to support her, then if she does not have wealth, it will be the responsibility of her father to take care of her.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
