Q: What is the ruling on wiping the neck in wudu?
Some scholars say that it is Bidah and that wiping the neck is an innovation hence I would like for you to please clarify on this.
A: If you are referring to making masah of the nape, then it is mustahab.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
