Having bayaans before the jumuah khutbah and on auspicious nights

Q: Is it correct to have a bayaan on the day of Jumuah before the khutbah and salaah as is common without considering it to be Sunnah or Mustahab? 

Is it correct to have bayaans on auspicious nights like Laylatul Qadr and other auspicious nights without considering it to be Sunnah or Mustahab?

A: The lecture before the Jumuah khutbah is established from the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu 'anhum). Hence, this is not a bidah. 

Having bayaans on auspicious nights is not established in the sunnah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
