Non-baaligh children giving sadaqah or buying gifts for others with their own money

Q: Is it permissible for non-baaligh children to give sadaqah from their own spending or to buy gifts for others with their own money?

Also, will non-baaligh siblings be able to share with each other something that was given to them individually?

A: A non-baaligh child cannot give charity from his wealth nor can he gift his wealth to any person (whether the person he wishes to gift is a child or a baaligh person).

Therefore, the parents should give the child spending money or sweets, etc. from their wealth and allow him to share it with his siblings/friends.

Alternatively, if the child gives from his own wealth, then his parents should compensate him for the amount he spent on his siblings/friends etc.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
