Staying in a foreign country without a mahram

Q: A woman travels with a mahram to another country. Her mahram returns. Now she stays alone in the foreign country without any mahram or any male relatives? Is this permissible?

A: Due to the unavoidable fithna prevalent everywhere, it is not right for one to do this.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
