Q: If I have to pass away (wife), what shares will they inherit & what will go to my 4 daughters, husband, my mother & my father? 

If my husband has to pass away, what shares will I (wife), my 4 daughters & his mother & his father?

Q: Is someone who prays 5 times a day consistently with proper wudhu but knowingly and intentionally prays with impurity on the body, clothes or prayer area rejecting the obligation of purification, would this person be considered a disbeliever and be in hell forever? 

Is this person performing wudhu for each salah clearly showing that he is NOT rejecting the obligation of purification?

Q: I am sahib-e nisaab Alhamdulillah, however my regular monthly pay mostly gets consumed by the next pay date. If I receive my pay on the zakaat anniversary date, should I include that pay's amount while calculating zakaat, or whether I should calculate the zakaat on my remaining assets after deducting the following month's expenses? 

Also, what sort of future expenses are permitted to be deducted before calculating zakaat on one's zakaat anniversay date?

Q: Is it permissible to miss salah because you have a flu and are sleeping?

Q: What are the share percentages if the heirs are a wife, daughter, son?

Q: If an insect falls into a cup of tea, can you still drink the tea after removing the insect?

Q: If due to an eye allergy or tiredness the eye is burning and watering, will the wudhu break? 

Q: Is it permissible to wet the miswak before using it while fasting? 

Q: 

1. Do your good deeds get accepted if you don't pray salah? 

3. If you believe praying salah is obligatory but you still don't pray, are you still a believer?.

Q: If I make intention not to fast this Ramadan because of bad health and I pay fidyah, can I still try to fast 1 or 2 days in Ramadan?
