Q: Is the nikaah valid if the man used someone else's identity. Name, surname date of birth all belonging to someone else. After he left his wife it was discovered that he is not the person he pretended to be?

Q: My husband wanted me to attend swimming lesson (woman only class) for safety reasons. I attended two classes wearing burkini and the
lady instructor said its difficult to teach because of burkini. Is it permissible to wear swimming costume with full length tights in a women only class?

Q: I heard a Moulana mention in his bayaan a Hadith of Nabi (Sallalahu Alayhi Wasallam) something to the effect that 'That person who will have dates (kajoor) for 3 days every month, no evil sickness or calamity will befall them". Can Mufti Saheb please explain this hadith to me. What is the manner in which we are supposed to consume the dates? Do we eat only dates for three whole days, or only a certain amount of it during the 3 days or how exactly do we consume it. What tarteeb can be used to make amal on this hadith?

Q: I am in very big emotional distress. I have known a man for a while. He decided to leave me as we was not official to get married in Pakistan. When he returned he realised he didn't feel compatible to this woman. He grew apart from her as he was in love with me. I knew this but I knew this cud not be. I went for umrah to ask forgiveness. I came back and started a fresh. Then one day I bumped into him again and he declared his love etc. One thing lead to another and I slipped up and decided to give him a chance. I thought Allah is joining us. I don't know what to do because now he is saying he will divorce the wife to re marry. I feel so confused and don't want to start my life in a curse. We said we would go for umrah if things are meant to be. He also has bad addictions due to all this stress. I am scared could I trust this man? He is not willing to let me go and wants to make things halaal.

Q: My wife wears an abaya and a scarf but does not do niqab. She teaches in an Islamic school where all teachers are required to wear niqab so she does there. But outside I encourage her repeatedly but she says I'm not ready and when I insist more she gets upset and starts crying. Can you please advise me what to do in this situation? I don't want to be in sin because she is my wife and I also want the best for her in the akhira.

Q: I would like to know about the Prophets hair which is exhibited during 9th of month Rabiul Awwal every year for public to have blessings. It is believed that some hairs will move by them self and many had witnessed it. Some hairs grow and some of them offshoot new hairs. I myself have witnessed it at one place.  I would like to know the reality of this miracle.
