Eating a piece of chocolate that one was supposed to give to someone else

Q: My one friend gave me a piece of chocolate and told me to give it to his friend who was sitting close to me but instead I ate the piece of chocolate. The friend who was supposed to get the chocolate didn't even know he was supposed to get it and the friend who gave the chocolate saw me eat it but didn't say anything. Do I have to repay the friend who was supposed to get the chocolate?

Doubting whether one read tasbeeh in sajdah correctly

Q: I was praying Fajr and generally at this time my brain cannot remember things well (just got up!). First, I am a non Arabic speaker so I have to deliberately pronounce well to avoid pronunciation mistakes. I was praying the second rakah of Fajr and I forgot whether I said Subhaana rabbiy al-a'laa correctly in the first rakah. I was not sure but I ignored this doubt and continued and not repeat Fajr. Did I do the right thing?

Does making fun of another language result in making fun of the signs of Allah

Q: "And among the signs of His power is the creation of the heavens and the earth and diverse language and skin color. Surely, with that situation actually there are signs for people who know" (Ar-Rum:22)

According to an intrepretation. If I make fun of someone speaking in other language which seems funny, is it as if I made fun of a language (Allah's sign) and thereby kufr?

Distributing properties of an estate that were put on different peoples names to avoid tax

Q: I am willing to distribute my inheritance. We are 2 brothers and 3 sisters. My father made some properties in his life and they were put on different peoples names like me, my wife, my brother and his wife and my mother. This was only done to avoid any kind of tax. There were also some properties on my father's name. I would like to ask which properties should we include in the estate when distributing between my sister, mother, brother and me?
