Listening to tilaawat on one's headphones when music is being played in a gym

Q: If music is being played somewhere and a person doesn't want to listen to the music and he plays tilawat in his headphones to avoid the sound of the music, is it a correct thing if he has no authority to stop that music?

I go to the gym and they play music there. So I listen to tilawat in a loud voice in my headphones to avoid the music. Is it a correct thing ?

Using violence to retrieve money from a debtor

Q: To what extent can a person go, in shariat, when it comes to a person getting his money out of a debtor.

1. Can he resort to violence by sending someone behind the debtor to give him a good thrashing?

2. If a person hired a debt collector, can he impose the fees on the debtor as he was the cause of these undue expenses?

3. If not, will the masalah change if the debtor had signed before taking goods on account, that in the event of default in payment, all expenses incurred to retrieve the debt will be borne by the debtor?

4. Can one send someone to forcefully take the debtors car away and sell it to retrieve his money?

5. If one comes to know that someone else is owing the debtor some money, can one take that money straight from that person without the debtor's qabdah or allowance? Will this be permissible for the person owing the debtor the money, i.e. will his debt be discharged?

Informing the congregation to repeat a salaah

Q: One day I was leading three people in asr prayer. In my second last rakaat I felt like something was coming from my private part. I continued with the prayer. After I finished I went to the toilet and I found it was mazi. I came back after I purified myself and I did my ablution but the people we prayed together were gone. I performed the prayer alone again. So what can I do about them?

Delaying the ghusal of the deceased

Q: What is the ruling regarding delaying the ghusl and burial of a deceased person?

If a person dies at night or in the evening and it is possible to wash him/her that very day but burial can only be done the next day due to restrictions from the cemetery, is it better to wash him/her today or delay the washing till the morning of the day on which the burial will take place?

Can there be a time gap between washing and burying?

Asking for a bribe

Q: If someone has many subordinates (workers under him) who daily comes to him for approval of their work. Can he ask them to provide him with something to eat if they want their work to be done before others?
