Mistakenly dropping the Quraan

Q: I have disrespected Quran many times. Most of the time it is unintentionally. But it happens many times. Such as today, I was reading Quran keeping it over two pillows and while reciting, it suddenly dropped down and touched my feet. My eyes were closed because I was reciting from memory. Many times the Quran Sharif dropped from my hand. I unintentionally touched it without wudu and it was touched by my feet one more time in my life when I was young. What do I do since it burdens my mind?

Going to beaches and public pools

Q: I wanted to ask if it is haraam or permissible for Muslims to go to public beaches with family and kids where there are uncovered men and women swimming. I live in Canada and my family members frequently go to lakes and beaches etc in summers and they say that as long as you can can guard your own eyes and not be tempted towards sins then there are no issues. If you have any issues then you should go to some Islamic country as here the kids see these things everywhere and you will have to control them then they will not go towards it more. Whenever I try to convince someone against it, all of them justify that other Muslim families also go there and where else should we go to in the hot summer. Can you kindly guide me about the clear Islamic rulings about this matter so I have a solid reason to believe and guide others around me.

Meaning of dua changing taqdeer

Q: I would like to ask something about Taqdeer. Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam said that nothing can change taqdeer except for dua... But the thing is I keep thinking that nothing can change taqdeer except for dua and even dua is written in taqdeer! So is it true that nothing can change taqdeer and even dua is written taqdeer?

Helping one's parents move into a home that was bought on interest

Q: I'm a 26 year old Hifz Student that studies in a Madressa. I would like to know if I can assist my parents and brothers in helping them move into a house that they bought on interest.

Alhamdulillah, I will not be living with them due to it being a house that was bought on interest, however they are asking me to help them and carry things into that house.

Can I help them? If I say no, they will be like what kind of son are you that can't help his own parents to move.

Becoming an actor

Q: Is film acting allowed in Islam. For women it is clear, they do gunah because they are not in hijab. But what about the men who play different roles in the drama serials. Are they not doing gunah. Please explain this matter.

Treating one's children unjustly

Q: I know a man in our neighbour who is married twice. He divorced his first wife and has a daughter from her who is living with him not with her mother. And from the second wife he has a daughter too. But he does clear injustice between his daughters in many ways.

On social media he always posts pictures of his daughter from his current wife and never mentions the elder daughter. I know that girl is hurt by the deeds of her own father. And instead of asking her father, people ask that girl why your father does not post pics or mention you, why does he not care about you? She is always bullied by the people. What do you say about that man and will the poor girl be rewarded in the Aakhirah due to her sabar?

Making sabar

Q: Sabar has much importance in Islam. I want to ask that if a woman is ugly and she is criticised by the people around her and compared by her sisters who are beautiful. Even there is no marriage proposal for her. But she always showes patience. Is it a type of Sabar and will she rewarded in akhirah for her Sabar.
