Doing something good for a non-Muslims hereafter
Q: I had a close non-Muslim friend. He helped me in all my difficult situations and helped me to grow in all possible ways. Now he is no more. How can I support him for his hereafter world?

Q: I would like to find out regarding Quraan Khatams.
Usually when someone passes away and one goes to visit the relatives of the deceased - there are paras left out for whoever chooses to read and send esaale sawaab for the deceased. Similarly a group of willing relatives/ friends may distribute paras amongst themselves in order to complete a khatam for the deceased person.
So usually in the above cases, one chooses whichever para one likes - to contribute to the khatam.
My question is: if one reads Quraan tilaawah daily and makes a khatam of that over the course of a month or a few months and perhaps, for example they are currently on the 10th para. So will it be permissible/valid for them to also choose the 10th Para for their khatam for the deceased person with the intention of only reading the para ONCE and the intention being for ones daily tilaawah as well as - contributing to the khatam for the esaale sawaab for the deceased person?
Q: Is it permissible to give sadaqah-e-jaariyah on behalf of deceased non-Muslims, make dua for them or convey reward to them?
Q: My parents have died and I want to perform 2 rakat nafil of bakhshish o maghfirat for them.
1. Can I perform this?
2. If yes, then please tell me what is the best way to do that?
Q: What is the difference between sadaqah-e-jaariyah and esaal-e-thawaab? Which of the two refers to giving charity for deceased people, and which refers to gaining ongoing reward for oneself?
Q: Can you explain what Esaal-e-thawaab is and how to carry it out?
Q: I have a question regarding esaal-e-thawab. When we do a normal act but for the sake of Allah we get rewarded. For example, if we eat with the intention of being able to fast the next day, then we are rewarded for this intention even though eating is not an 'ibaadah in itself.
My question is: can we donate this kind of reward to the deceased (even though it does not come from a direct form of 'ibaadah) or is it only reward from direct types of worship (praying, fasting, etc.) that can be rewarded?
Q:
1. Can a sum of money be given to a person going for hajj for sawaab for a marhoom who never made hajj?
2. What would constitute a fair amount to be given?
Q: Kindly confirm if reciting Quraan and offering charity for the living or deceased parents is going to reward them or not?
Q: I have heard from a scholar that the rewards that have been added to our account for reciting durood (salawaat) for Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) will not be distributed to others on the day of judgement, all the other ibaadat will get distributed accordingly... Is it correct?
