Q:

1. Can we pray for our Muslim brothers and sisters who have comitted sucide?

2. If yes, then how?

Q: Is it considered Sadaqatul Jaariya if I purchase a Quraan audio reciter device and whenever anyone listens to the Quraan from this device during my lifetime and after my death I will get thawaab?

Q: I want to know about sadaqah. My mother passed away and I want to give some sadaqah in her name. Is this allowed in Islam?

Which type of sadaqah good for her? Can I give some money to poor people or to a Masjid on behalf of my mother? 

Q: Can we perform salat-ul-tasbeeh for a person who passed away?

Q: I want to know if we can recite the whole Kalima "Laa ilaaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah" for the dead person so that the sawab of reciting this kalima reaches the marhoom?

Q: My grandmother passed away recently. What is the best thing to read for her?

Q: With regards to esaale thawaab; is the person told who is sending reward for him? And when is it passed on to him? I vaguely recall coming across Mondays and Thursdays but I wanted an authentic answer. 

Q: Recently a woman's husband had passed away and on a ladies group we are all on someone asked for those who wished to read a para or more. She used the word "khatham". To my knowledge it is bid'ah as the Qur'an is for reading, pondering, listening, learning from (amongst other things) and not for giving reward to others as there has been nothing to show Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa salaam) or his Companions did it.

Please advice if it is correct or not.

Q: Can you tell me good zikr for my forefathers and for my parents, something I can do in this world so they may get good place in the Aakhirah.

Q: Can salaatul tasbeeh be prayed with the intention of conveying its reward to someone else?
