Various masaail of zakaat

Q: One person gave an association furniture in zakaat. Is it permissible for this association to sell these furniture and give the money in zakaat to the poor?

Q: I have a question about zakaat money. Every year I collect zakaat money from family and friends and distribute it to those that I know are deserving of it. I wanted to know if I can also take from the zakaat money for my own needs. My personal situation is that I believe that I am eligible for zakaat.
