Q: Who should lead the salaah? Someone who is hafid but is not well behaved, or someone who is not hafid but he has good behavior?

Q: Can a person who only reads jumuah salaah all year round (no daily salaah besides in Ramadaan where he reads his daily salah and taraweeh):
- Consider himself a muslim?
- Perform the taraweeh salah?
Following a person who makes masah on thin socks
Q: If one is in a mosque and the person that leads the prayer makes masah over regular socks. Now is this reason for one beforehand that one should not pray behind him (as normally people wash their feet in the morning and then wipe for the salaah thereafter), or is it essential that one must have seen him wiping before that actual prayer?

Q: The mosque I go to, basically everyone of those who lead the salaah wipes over regular socks. Must I repeat my salaah?

- List the circumstances under which an Imam who is the most knowledgeable may in his own presence permit a man of lesser knowlege to be Imam for that Salaah; meaning that how is it possible for an Aalim to permit a hafiz to be Imam when the more knowledgeable person has the responsibility by virtue of his greater knowledge to correctly be the appropriate Imam?
- Does the Imaamat of the unappointed Imaam, despite it being out of place, does the Salaah of such an Imaam and that of those musallees following such an unappointed Imaam, become an invalid or null and void Salaah?

Q: The Imaam of my Musjid trims his beard to less than a fist length. Should I pray salah after him or not?
Performing Salaah behind an Imam with less than a fist length beard
Q: I heard that it is makrooh to perform Salaah behind an Imam who shaves his beard or trims it less than one fist? Is this true? If so, is it better to pray alone if there is no Imam with a Shar'ee beard present? Or is it not sinful to pray behind such an Imam?
Can a Haafiz who cannot make sajdah due to injury lead the Salaah?
Q: Two hafezs are to perform taraweeh. One cannot make sujdah due to injury. knees cannot fold. some say he can perfrom taraweeh, some say no due to him not being able to do a sajdah. I would really appreciate clarity on this matter.
