Witr and Nawaafil

Q: Is it true that women do not have to perform taraaweeh salaah during the month of Ramadhaan?

Q:

1. What time is best to read chaasht Salah 10 or 11 o clock and also what time does it start?
2. If we read chaasht does it give barakah in food, if yes whats the daleel.
3. Did the prophet read Ishraaq and chaasht? I heard to read 2 rakah ishraq, Allah gives you the reward of umrah. Whats the daleel?

Q:

1. It comes in the Hadith about zuhr sunnats that time the heavens are open. Does that mean we should read our zuhr sunnats immediately after zuhr time begins to get this virtue. 
2. How do you work out zuhr begining time? When is zawaal how long before zuhr? If zuhr starts at 1:12. Can you read nafl at 1:00. If zuhr starts at 1:12, can you read sunnats after Azaan? I heard you should wait 5 minutes. Why is that?
3. Sun rising, setting and zawaal you can't read anything. Can you bury someone at that time?

Q:

1. Is there any Hadith which mentions four sunnah before ishaa, the nawafil after zuhr and ishaa and also the two nafil after the witr.
2. Before jumua' are the four sunnats muakadah?  And after Jumma the six sunnats should one read four first or two first? I read in a book that Allamah Anwar ​Sha Kashmiri's view was two then four. What is the daleel for two nafil after Jumua'?
3. Is it sunnah to read Ayatul Kursi after every Salaah?

Q: Can a person who does not read his 5 daily salah perform taraweeh salah? This person performs his jumuah salaah.

Q: Can a person who only reads jumuah salaah all year round (no daily salaah besides in Ramadaan where he reads his daily salah and taraweeh):

1. Consider himself a muslim?
2. Perform the taraweeh salah?

Q: Does one have to read a surah after surah faatiha in the 3rd and 4th rakaat of the sunnah namaaz for eg. 4 sunnah of zohr or asr?

Q: When it's khatam of the Quran in Ramadan taraaweeh, I understand that we end with alif laam meem in the last rakat. My question is that does it have to be till muflihoon or can it be till the end of the ruku?

Q: What should a muslim do if he got an urgent request? What kind of Dua or service (Ibadat) should a muslim do so that Allah fulfils this request?

Q: As a Hanafi when performing witr salaah behind the Respected Makkah Imaam, should we make salaam after two rakaats or not?
