Performing the witr before going to sleep

Q: It was the practice of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) to read his witr salaah after he slept and woke up for tahajjud. I would like to follow this Sunnah, however there is fear that I may not wake up for tahajjud and miss my witr.

Is it permissible and will I get the same reward as following a Sunnah of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) if I delay my witr till before I go to bed, read my witr and then sleep? Do I get the reward of following Sunnah?

Hanafi performing Witr Salaah behind a Shaafi imaam

Q: If I am a Hanafi and I move to an area that is mainly Shaafi's, do I follow the Shaafi mazhab or stick to Hanafi mazhab. For example, in instances like Ramadhaan where there is a difference in the way witr is performed, etc.

Performing sabina salaah and witr in the Harams

Q: Please can you kindly advise on the following from a Hanafi point of view:

1. Reading Sabina Taraweeh in the Kingdom. Is it permissible to do so?

2. Are we allowed to read Witr in Jamaat in the Kingdom as their method is different?

Standing up for the fourth rakaat in Witr Salaah

Q: I was reading witr salaah and sat in tashahhud for the third rakaat. After reciting the tashahhud, I went into the fourth rakaat by mistake. On completing the fourth rakaat, I made salaam and sajdah sahw. Is my witr valid? Also, what is the ruling in the case where I forgot to sit in the third rakaat for tashahhud?

Q: After the Esha Salaah, when the musallees had already performed their witr salaah, the Imaam made an announcement that the salaah had to be repeated as he did not have wudhu. Will the two sunnah and witr salaah also have to be repeated?

Qiraat in the second or third rakaat of witr salaah being longer than the first rakaat

Q:

1. In the witr prayer, is it makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite a surah in the third rakat which is longer by three verses or more than the surah which was recited in the first rakat and is it makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite a surah in the third rakat which is longer by three verses or more than the surah which was recited in the second rakat?

2. In a fard prayer or in a wajib prayer, if two surahs have the same number of verses but not the same number of words then would it be makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite the surah which has less words in the first rakat and to recite the surah which has more words in the second rakat?
