Q: If I am napaak and I have a bath and the water that comes off me goes on the bath walls and outside on the floor, do I have to clean the bath and floor and then clean myself again?

Q: My question is regarding ghusl. My bath tub is placed in such a way that if you have a bath, your back will face the qibla. Can you please advise if this is acceptable, and if not then what can be done about it?
Q: I should not take the water inside my nose during wadhu or ghusal due to health problems. Is this acceptable in Islam?
Q: In ghusl, I felt behind my ear two things that are abnormal like scratch able dots it felt like. Anyway after ghusl and after wudoo I scratched one dot and the area was now a bit smooth, but I don't know what was there or would it affect my tahaharah. I feel ONE was maybe a scab, but I don't know if both was for sure, must I do anything?

Q: In heavenly ornaments it says if a woman ejaculates and has ghusl and then more sexual fluid comes out of her she will require ghusl. Is this after 40 steps, urinating or sleeping - or does that just apply to men? Does the book mean if more comes out with desire? How is this understood?
Q: I was always thought Ghusl is performed in the following manner. First you must clean the area that is napaak. Then you gargle. Then you clean your nose. And then you wash your entire body thoroughly such that no hair on your body is dry. Are these steps correct?

Q: If during gusul e janabat I have something in my tooth cavities that can't be got rid off easily, will it make my fard of washing the mouth incomplete? Is the filling of the mouth fully with water fard or washing the teeth as well? What if I have my teeth filled medically (ionic filling)?
