Conditions for the validity of Nikaah

Q: A girl's father made her nikkah to a guy. She wasn't in the nikkah. She made her father her representative. After nikkah she wasn't living with the guy. She was still living at her father's house. Few months later she came to know that the guy is not good so she decided to break the nikkah. But her father said there was no nikkah done. After that she got married to another guy and now she is living with him. But one of her relatives is saying that her nikkah was held at that time and now she has done nikkah over nikkah. Now theres confusion about her nikkah whether it was done or not. She is now married to another guy. Is she doing zina? Is that nikkah valid? She can't even get divorced from that guy she left because these people have become their enemies.

Q: I married a girl and she was already married to a guy. For the last 4 years he was in a jail due to some reasons... The family members doesnt have any information about their son. And his wife also dont have any information about her husband whether he is coming out or not. There was no information at all regarding her husband so we had done nikaah. Is it right or wrong? Is she still married to her first husband? Her husband was calling from jail and he was not saying whether he was coming out or not. Now after 4 years he came back to India. What must do?

Q: If a girl is given a drug and is not in her right state of mind. She doesn’t agree to the marriage. Is the nikkah valid and does she need divorce from the man?

Q: My name is Muhammad Yaseen s/o Muhammad Arif and my wife's name is Urooj d/o Fazal Ahmed. We Got Married in Makkah alhamdullilah. When the imam was offering our nikkah ceremony, he asked me: Muhammad Yaseen s/o Muhammad Arif, would you like to marry Urooj Fazal d/o Ahmed Urooj's Father name is Fazal Ahmed and Imam said, Urooj Fazal d/o Ahmed, so I just wanted to ask if our nikah is accepted?

Q: If a married non-Muslim woman accepts Islam and her husband does not accept Islam. He does not want to give her divorce. How can this woman get married again?

Q: Can a Muslim take a second wife without any reason. I mean, if he is happy with his wife and children, does he need a reason to take a second wife or he can just take a second wife without any valid reason. Someone said that you need a reason to take a second wife.

Q: My friend did nikah with her boyfriend. Both are Muslims. But they did not go to any qazi and their parents were also absent. It took place in front of two Muslim men. The boy said "mein Fatima ko apne nikah Mein kabool karta hoon". She also said "kabool hain" just one time. Witnesses were adult Muslims. Are they husband and wife?

Q: I married my wife and didn't have intercourse with her for 4 months, do I have to marry her again?

Q: If a human and a genie have offspring, would it be considered a human or a jinn? How would that child be treated in the Aakhirat, as a human or jinn? If that child is born like a human and lives a life like humans only, but the parents are mixed (father is human and mother is a genie). If such offspring’s fall in love with humans are Muslim men/women allowed to marry such offspring who are a mix and living as human beings only and following Islam like every other human? Will this marriage be considerable by Allah and shariah? Is this marriage punishable in afterlife?
