Marrying a girl to give her a better life to please Allah

Q: I am in love with one of my colleagues and I want to marry her but what makes me reluctant is that she had a boyfriend and had sex with him in this hope that he will later marry her which unfortunately didn't happen. Now she is hopeless about her future and I think I can help her but I am reluctant as I said. I want to ask if I marry her with intention of making her life better, will this act please Allah and will He reward me greatly?

Accepting the proposal of a boy who is already engaged

Q: A boy wants to marry me and he is already engaged. He proposed to me even before his engagement, but there were problems from my side so I responded with a NO. Now he is not happy with his engagement and is having understanding issues with his fiance and wants to get engaged to me. He has good character and is really interested and now I feel the same. He wants to break his engagement in a proper way without degrading his fiance or her family. I want to ask if it is Ok for me to accept the proposal and let him do what he wants or will it be a injustice to that girl?

Which husband will a widow have in Jannah?

Q: I recently was asked to speak to a young man who wanted his mother to divorce her second husband. Whilst there were many valid reasons put forward as to why this divorce should go through, one statement was made which I do not fully comprehend. The son mentioned that when a woman re-marries, she will be in Jannah with the last man she was married to. Is this correct? In this case the woman was widowed as her husband was shot and killed in a robbery. The woman , no doubt , still has a lot of love and feeling for her late husband. They seem to be concerned about her ending up with her first husband in Jannah and hence justify the divorce from the second husband. Please advise.

Secondly, what is the Islamic viewpoint regarding making conditions on a person before nikah? For example, the woman will not fulfill conjugal rights or the woman will stay closer to her family instead of her in laws. Please advise.
