Q: Is it permissible for a husband and wife to not have their satar completely covered for each other in the privacy of their home or bedroom? For example the wife dresses up for her husband at home and in doing so maybe part of her satar is not covered and vice versa man does for his wife?

Q: I am finding that my body is very hot. My libido is very high and hence every 2 days I desire to have relations with my wife. I feel this is too much, and I'm trying to bring this down to once a week. Is there anything I can read, or any Islamic guidance for this issue. I am not looking at haram etc, it is just happening.
