Q: If a muslim married man had an affair with a non-practicing muslim woman and she got pregnant from him and then the baby died and she died. Will she go straight to Jannah?

Q: My father has recently been murdered unjustly and brutally due to vengence or money (cause not clear as yet). He raised 4 daughters and was a retired army officer. Is he shaheed?

Q: Is visiting a Muslim graveyard for Du’a Sunnat? If so, is there a proper time and day for it?

1. If in todays time, a Muslim man/woman murders someone intentionally, thereafter qisaas is not taken. When this murderer later dies in their life should their ghusl be made and should they be buried in a Muslim qabristaan?

2. If they are killed by the police should their ghusl be made and should they be buried in a Muslim qabristaan?

Q: I lost both my parents within 2 years, both in Ramadan. What is the best way to send sawaab to them and how, as their child, can I still be dutiful to them?

Q: With the escalation in the use of social media we find that people often put up status messages or post pictures with a message addressing a deceased person. For example, a person would post "We miss You, Dad" or "last year this time you were with us" etc. etc. Is this permissible in Islam?

1. Can a spouse give ghusal to the deceased spouse be it male or female?

2. Can a spouse assist in burial like entering the grave etc.? 

3. What is the condition of nikkah once a spouse has passed away?

Q: My question is, Is the day someone is born the same as the day he is going to die, like if someone is born on saturday is he going to die on saturday? as well

Q: I want to know what is the significance of sprinkling water and spreading rose petals over the grave. Does this give any benefit to the dead person in that grave?

Q: Is it permissible to send reward of Qur'an khatam to the deceased? Is it permissible to read Suratul Faatiha and four quls for the deceased?
