Q: My uncle fell off from his building from the 7th Floor, no body knew how it happened. He was a very kind man namazi, had done umrah only 2 months back, had taken proper care of his family, no regrets from anybody, then why did he die in such a manner. Did the Almighty punish him for any of his mistakes. Actually we don't know whether he did suicide or it was an accidental death. What if he did suicide, will the Almighty accept him or will he be punished for the same. What should we do for his magfirat. Please help Mufti saheb. All this questions are disturbing me and my family a lot. What should we do for the almighty to forgive him?

Q: Can the dead body of Muslim woman be seen by a non Muslim woman? Similarly can the dead body of a Muslim man be seen by a non muslim man?

Q: Is it permissible for a Hanafi to follow a Shaafi Imam in Salaatul Janaazah alal Ghaaib?

Q: I saw a board inside Janatul-Baqi that says that " it's not allowed to recite any Surah of Quran at graveyard because there is no such evidence from Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) life" and furthermore an instructor at Janatul-Baqi advised not to recite any Surah from Quran at the graveyard. Please advise.

Q: My father passed away. I want to ask that may I go to his grave as I don't have a husband, brother or son. To sum up I have no man in my family so is there any leniency in Islam?

Q: I have a question regarding Maut during old age. My dada is now 83 years old and has Alzheimer's he's bedridden and currently suffering from pneumonia, because of his infection he's on oxygen, he finds it difficult breathing without the oxygen, he is not on a ventilator, is it permissible Islamically to switch the oxygen off? Please advise.

Q: My Christian neighbour has passed away. The funeral will be held in a church. Can I attend the funeral in the church just to show my respects?

Q:

1- In a bayaan it was mentioned that the parents receive on going reward from their children after the parents leave this world. Please explain whether this is correct?

2- A brother (who has children and their mother, has passed away) asked if the good deeds his children carry out will be rewarded to the woman who he marries , because that person will play the part of a mother?

3- Also if the brother marries again and if the new wife gets the reward of of his children, does that effect the reward for the real mother of the children who has passed away?

Q: I have attended many funeral gathering where I see that when the gents of the house carry the janaaza to take away for namaaz-e-janaaza, all the ladies gathered over there stand up. I want to know whether it is just a custom or this action has any relation to deen.

Q: Is it permissible to stick the following in the Quraan Majeed for esaal-e-thawaab?  “This Quraan Majeed has been donated for the esaal-e-thawaab of the virtuous soul of our beloved Holy Prophet Muhammed (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) , to my father _____, my mother _____, brother _____ and sister _____ and all the Muslim men, women and children.”
