Q: I am having a doubt that, if in my mind I think I should read a surah 100 times, is it important to complete it or can anyone read it on my behalf?

Q: I recently swore upon the Quran in anger that I would not talk to my family members in a fight and if I do, may Allah punish me and give me a terrible death. Allah knows that I did it merely out of anger which I regretted instantly. But now I fear of this stupid and poor act of mines. How can I repent? Is there anyway Allah will forgive me and not punish me?
Q: If one makes a promise over the Quraan, would that count as a promise? If so, what are the consequences and kaffarah of breaking it? (I have heard that one could only make a promise over Allah and nothing else).
Q: I had some problems in my life. I promised to my dear Allah that I will do sadaqah in the form of goats. It became four goats as a whole. Is it mandatory to do sadqa in the form of goats? Or I can pay the money in place? If so then how much I have to pay?
Q: I made intention to perform umrah this year if I passed a certain exam. I passed the exam. However I have a few financial constraints right now. Can I perform umrah next year or do I have to perform it this year?
Q: Someone wants me to tell the truth but if I say the truth my children's life would be in danger, can I give false truth by swearing on Qur'aan?
Q: Please advise on the below and if we should believe in things like this:
Someone "swears on" another person's life when trying to explain that they're telling the truth.
Is this allowed, do we believe in things like this?

Q: If one has made a promise to Allah Ta'ala to give up a certain sin and later on fell into that sin, hence breaking this promise, is there any kafaarah for breaking such a promise.
Q: If one makes a promise by accident or something they don't want to say comes out of their mouth as a promise to Allah, does the promise have any effect? If a married woman says Allah, I promise not to have sex with anyone and thinks she also included her husband in this, has she promised not to have sex with her husband and will she be sinful to have sex with her husband?
What if a woman explicitly promises not to have sex with her husband by mentioning her husband in the promise. Will she be not allowed to have sex with her husband and will she be sinful for having sex with her husband?
