Q: If someone is forcibly giving black market money, does it come haraam in Islam?
Q: With regards to black Friday fatwas below, I would like some clarification on the maslas:
http://muftionline.co.za/node/17022 and http://muftionline.co.za/node/23325
1) From what I understand, since black Friday is a kuffar custom, it would thus be haram for a Muslim business owner to have a black Friday sale. Is this a correct?
2) From the above fatwas and discussion, it seems that even to go to a shop and purchase items on a black friday sale would be makrooh?( due to resembling kuffar, adding to the crowd etc and the relative ahadith) Is this correct, what is rank would this fall into haram, makrooh tanzihi tahrimi, permissible ? If a person needs eg nappies, could get it from a shop having the sale, he shouldn't do so?
3) If a person buys items online, securing the sale price, then picks up the items at week later, or has them delivered to him, so now he is not celebrating the kuffar custom, nor adding to the numbers of the crowd, would this be permissible now. Would there be any level of karahat in this. If there be any level of karahat, would this not be making things difficult for the lay man, to get the item one week later and pay much more.
Q: I have read the following fatwa http://www.muftionline.co.za/node/23325 regarding black friday. From what I understand the ruling that a Muslim should not advertise with this and he should not buy in these sales. Is my understanding correct or can a muslim still buy?
Q: I am a work from home Muslimah and have a very small business. I have a few other ladies selling for me. My profit per item is half or sometimes less then half of what I pay per item. (To be honest I make R10 profit per item) so the person selling can also add a small profit or I pay them a certain percentage on sales made. Some people selling for me asked me where they can buy this items to sell for themselves. Is it wrong of me not to tell them cause knowing and believing that Allah Ta'ala gives rizik? I also feel burdened not telling them.
Q: Can we use discount on bank cards (credit and debit) offered by resturants and shops?
Q: When making purchases, if there is a box to tick that says 'I have read and accept terms and conditions' But a person hasn't read them, is this sinful. Even if the purchase is something beneficial in Islam. (Note: Some terms and conditions can be pages and pages long like about 70 pages).
Q: I want your fatwa regarding the use of debit card. I understand that using credit card incurs interest when the withdrawn amount exceeds the amount in the person's account with the bank as the overdraft provided by the bank is charged with interest. However, the use of debit card withdraws amount only upto the amount present in the persons bank account and therefore no overdraft facility is provided. This means no interest is charged. I therefore want to ask, is the use of debit card lawful as per islamic principles and allowed? The amount payed on the issuence and renewal of the card is the cost of the use of the card facility as per my knowledge and does not involve interest. Please provide me a clear answer.

Q: I have some land and a house which was bought with mixed, lawful and unlawful money. At present, I have no business and no money on hand. Moreover, I took some unconditional loan from my relatives. That loan is still due. Now I wish to sell the land and repent because I want to go for Hajj. What is the ruling for repentance?
Q: I am a rep for a medicine company. We have to visit doctors to promote our medicines. The doctors are not receptive towards us until we give them a bribe. In this case, will it be permissible for us to give a bribe?
