Q: I borrowed a person 100 000 Rands which he has not paid. I take out sadaqah every month of 5000 Rands. Can I take that sadaqah for myself and offset it off his account? If he does pay one day, then I will give that away as the sadaqah?

Moreover he is telling me how much you give me I will give you after 7 days with 2.3% of your invested money. Please clarify, if it is halal I will proceed otherwise I will not.
Q: I have taken a loan from some people. I have also done coaching under some teachers without paying them. It has been quite some years (i.e. almost 4) and now I have the capability to pay them back. But unfortunately, as I am seeing, some of them whom I have met to return their deserved money, they do not want to take it back! I had to beg them to accept the money. They just would not take it!
