Q: A property had been made waqf with the intention that the income be utilised for various charity purposes. Presently there is a dire need for a at least a Musallah where the local Muslim brothers can offer daily 5 salaahs. The waaqif is willing to make a supplementary Deed to incorporate the establishment of a Musallah on the empty terrace of the building he had donated. Is this ok and can one perform Jummah salaah and also tarawih and Eid salaah in addition to the daily 5 times salaah in such a place?

Q: On Jumuah day at the masjid where the brothers pray a minority pray and their awrah is exposed in sajdah. I messaged the management of the masjid to encourage a khutbah about the important of taking caution to this, but no response. If I see a brothers awrah become exposed what do I tell him?

Q:

1. What is the shar'i rule about the non-Muslims entering the Musjid or jamaat khana or musalla for a visit or attending a nikaah or for cleaning purpose or else?

2. Is there any difference generally in the shar'i law between a Musjid and a jamat khana?

Q: Can a Musjid be built at a place where there was a toilet?

Q:

1) If a non-muslim ( hindu or christian, etc ) gives money towards the building of a mosque, is it acceptable?

2) If the whole project of building a mosque has been financed by a non-muslim, can we pray in such a mosque? Will our prayers be acceptable?

3) If a non-muslim has financed the building of a madrasah, or some classes of that madrasah, is that acceptable? Can our children learn there?

Q: Can we allow kuffaar to make a film inside our Musjid?

Q: When should I say the dua for entering the masjid ("Allahoma-ftah lee abwaba Rahmatik"): when entering the entering hall containing the shoe racks etc, or when entering the actual prayer area?

Q: Is it permissible to ask a non-Muslim for directions to a Masjid/Jamaat Khana?

Q: I sat in i'tikaaf this year alhumdulillah. But my question is approximately every 15-20 minutes I needed to past wind (due to digestive problems). It was very hard for me to pray taraweeh and the other salaahs but Alhumdulillah I managed. So will I get sin for passing wind in masjid?

Q: If any one goes to the musjid without a bath (ghusl) he's forgiveness can be accepted by the all-mighty?
