Getting late for fajr jamaat
Q: A person gets late for fajar jamat in th masjid. If he prays sunnah he will miss jamat. Is it allowed if he prays sunnah and does a separate jamat with people who are late with him?

Q: There are wazz (lectures) in our area at every masjid once in a year but the wazz continues almost whole night on the loud speakers and this disturbs the non muslims and even muslims in sleeping and fajr salah. Is this type of wazz allowed by disturbing others?

Q: We have only one Imaam in our musjid. Only sometimes he is a few seconds late not regularly. Should the musallees at least wait a few minutes for the Imaam? please advise.
Q: Now a days in the name of waaz, Ulama' give lecture in masjids over loud speakers for the entire night and disturb others that are sleeping. I want to know did Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and Sahaba (Radiyallahu Anhum) ever do any such thing causing disturbance to people for the whole night? Is this Deen or innovation?
