Q: Are we allowed to eat insects in Islam? 

Q: All products in retail stores across the country, including fast food sellers have halaal certificates from SANHA or other halaal organisations. Are they halaal or not? 

Q: Is horse meat and horse milk allowed in Islam or is it makrooh?

Can I marry a man who eats horse meat because it's their culture but he is a Muslim because in their country all Muslims eat horse meat. 

Q: I recently contacted a company called Arnott's to find out whether one of their chocolate filling biscuit products, 'TimTam' was halaal and this was their response:

"Small amounts of alcohol based flavours (like vanilla essence) are added to sweet biscuits. We know alcohol is sensitive to heat and we believe the alcohol is evaporated during baking, but there is a slight possibility that trace amounts could still be present in the finished product."

Is this biscuit halaal?

Q: Are mushbooh foods considered najis? If I have some food which I later found out contained some mushbooh ingredients, and there is some residue/crumbs in my kitchen, do I consider this najis?

Q: Should I drink water immediately after my meals?

Q: Can we keep food on a chapati and eat it,like curry etc. Some say it is haraam.

Q: Is it permissible to wash the hands in the same plate that we ate the food (after eating)?

Q: Is it permissible to eat in restaurants with my husband where I sit in a corner and be careful that no one can see me?

Q: Is the ruling of 'weed' the same as khamar in the sense that if smoked, prayers are not accepted for 40 days?
