Q: Can men and women wear perfume or deodorant?

Q: Kindly advise under what limits can a woman do make up.

If a woman's face looks unusual with dullness, black dry mouth, etc., can she go to a parlour to make her look fresh with facials and to remove her dullness, slight lip colors to invisible black or dry. Kindly advise.

Q: What is the ruling on a woman who has cats. She applies some perfume, or moisturises herself with a scented lotion. She holds, and plays with her cats, and the scent rubs off onto them. An hour or two later, the family gets guests, the guests see the cats and get excited. They wish to hold and play with the cats. Amongst the guests are ghair mahram males. In this case they will smell the women's fragrance on the cat. Is she branded an adulteress?

Q: Is it permissible to wear gold plated watches? Meaning, the whole watch is gold plated with real gold.

Q: Is it permissible to apply semi-permanent tattoos on your body? They usually last for only 8-18 day's.

Q: What is the ruling for a woman who is forced to do makeup at  a beauty parlor on her wedding day? The halal status of the makeup used at the beauty parlor is not known and the esha prayers will have to be offered with that makeup since people at the parlor do the makeup quite early. Should a woman accept the request of her in-laws to go to the beauty parlor for her makeup or should she argue against it?

Q: Is it permissible for a female to pierce her tragus?

Q: Can we use lip balms that contain alcohol which aren’t from grape or date derivative? Because there is a possibility of swallowing the lip balm.

And can we read prayer whilst wearing it?
