Sea creatures

Q: Allah Says in The Qur'an that all creatures of the sea are lawful. But, there is a general belief among Indian Muslims that we Muslims cannot eat sharks, crabs, eels, barracuda, octopus, squid and lobsters etc. among sea creatures. Please clarify whether we can eat all creatures of the sea. Are there any exceptions?

Honey

Q: I wanted to ask which honey is sunnah to eat? Buckwheat honey, manuka honey, acacia honey? These are all honey obtained from a special tree the manuka tree acacia tree. Which one is sunnah or is the normal honey that's obtained from all diffrent trees the sunnah?

Broiler Chicken

Q: Through reliable sources I have come to know that broiler chicken is a cross breed of pig and hen. There are certain similarities in both of these like their meat is soft, both have common disease like swine flu and bird flu. Please let me known according to shariah is broiler chicken halal or haram?
