Q: I'd like to know if Hazrat Israeel (alaihis salaam) takes the souls of people from around the world simultaneously by himself or does he have help from other angels.
Q: “Watching (raqeeb) and ready to record (‘ateed) are two characteristics of the angels who are appointed to record everything that the son of Adam does, good and evil. They are characteristics that apply to each of the two recording angels. The angel on the right is watching and ready to record, and the angel on the left is watching and ready to record.”
What is meant by “watching”, does it mean that they see all that we do?
Q: Was Angel Jibril the only Angel that came down with revelation to The Prophets (Peace Be Upon Them)?

“A Nabi is one who is not given a new book, but rather establishes the book which was revealed to the Rasool before him. He does not abrogate the book and the code of law which was in vogue before him. He sees the angel in a dream or the Rasool of the time informs him that he has been chosen as a Nabi. As for The Prophets who were not Messengers (Peace Be Upon Them), what do we believe about them in regards to Revelation coming by way of Angel Jibreel?
Q: In Taleemul Haqq it is mentioned that Hazrat Israeel عليه السلام has other angels working under him, some taking the lives of good people and others taking the lives of bad people. Is this authentic? And does this mean that there is more than one angel who takes away life?

Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) had two journeys in his life: One was Isra wal Meraj to the heavens and the other Hijrah, Makkah to Madinah. In both journeys - he had a companion.
In Meraj - Jibraeel (alaihis salaam)
In Hijrah - Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu)
In Meraj, there came a stage, when Jibraeel (alaihis salaam) said, "Ya Rasoolallah - from here you are on your own. If I put a step forward I will burn."
Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu) *NEVER* left Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam). Had Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu) been with Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), he would have said... " Ya Rasoolallah - I am not staying back, I am with you - even if I burn".
As far as I learnt, angels can't go against the command of Allah. Does this show Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu anhu) to be better than Jibraeel (alaihis salaam)? Did Jibraeel (alaihis salaam) leave and abandon Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)?
Q: I met few people who claim to have possession over angels. According to them Allah has created an angel (Muwakkil) of each word of Quran. If we recite verses of Quran in a specified manner and count over a specific number of days approximately 41. We can control angels that are allocated to that verses. Is it permissible? What is the ruling of Islam if an individual practice it?

The first was for Ebrahim (alaihis salaam) when he was thrown into the fire.
The second was for Ismail (alaihis salaam) when the knife was placed on his neck.
The third was for Yusuf (alaihis salaam) when he was thrown into the well.
The fourth for Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) when his tooth was struck at the battle of Uhud. Is this story authentic and correct?
