Disciplining someone else's child in the masjid
Q: If another persons child comes to the musjid and is playing or makes noise can I hit him? If the child is between 7 and 12.

Q: Is it correct for a person to keep his sons behind him in the masjid - away from other children as these children are causing a disturbance in the back. Some children hit others.
What will be the correct age to bring children to the masjid? Any guidelines regarding the children's saffs as some mention that the children can stand in the adults' saffs if they are misbehaving.
Please clarify with guidelines for our masaajid.

1. Where should children stand in the saff, just one saff behind the men, or two, or very far back?
2. If the 9 yr old child stands one saff behind the men, then the late comers come in and end up standing next to the boy, is this a mistake from the child? Some insist the child should stand many saffs behind to accommodate for late comers.

1. What age is it suitable to start introducing a boy to the masjid, by taking him now and again?
2. What age is it suitable to regularly bring a boy to the masjid for every salah?
Q: There is a man who brings his small son to the masjid. The na baaligh son wears shorts and his knees are exposed. Is this permissible?
Q: Can small children (non baaligh) stand at the end of the adult staff where an adult cannot stand due to musalla being small?
Q: I wanted to ask the mas'alah regarding children standing in saffs with the men. I always knew that small boys should stand behind the saffs of the men. However, I have noticed a trend of small boys standing next to their fathers.
It just worries me and I am inconvenienced at these small boys standing beside me in the saff. Please advise and guide as to what is correct according to Shariah.
Q: If there is only one child for salaah, must he stand in his own saff or must he stand in the adult saff?
Q: We have children who are not baaliqh attending the fardh salaah. They are standing next to their fathers in the first saff. They were requested on many occasions to have their sons read in the back saff.
Is my salaah nullified? Is it makrooh to have these young boys in the middle of the saff?
Q: What is the Shar'ee ruling regarding children standing in the first saff for salaah? Is this permissible?
