Method of Salaah

Q: Can we read these duas in fardh salaah:

Dua between the 2 sajdahs and حمدا کثیرا طیبا مبارکا فیه after raising from ruku? Or are they to be read in sunnah and nafil salah only

Q: What is the shar'ee ruling in the case where the Imaam recited the same surah in both rakaats of a fardh salaah? Will sajdah sahw be waajib?

Q:

1. In the witr prayer, is it makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite a surah in the third rakat which is longer by three verses or more than the surah which was recited in the first rakat and is it makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite a surah in the third rakat which is longer by three verses or more than the surah which was recited in the second rakat?

2. In a fard prayer or in a wajib prayer, if two surahs have the same number of verses but not the same number of words then would it be makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite the surah which has less words in the first rakat and to recite the surah which has more words in the second rakat?

Q: How does one humble oneself in salaah?

Q: I have come across a Hadith narrated by Wail ibn Hujr (Radhiyallahu Anhu) on the description of the prophetic prayer in Abu Dawood, and there I found that we should raise the index finger from the starting of tashahud to the end of salah and we should slightly move (shivering/vibrating it in an infinitesimally small distance) but the people of my community raise their finger only while saying ash hadu an la I laha... (I know both of it can be done, but I would like to prefer the authenticity one) and so I did it up to now! Hanafi/Shafi school do it I think so, but could you please tell me what to do now.

Q: I heard from a shaik that one should move his lips while reciting azkaar in salaah or in general, and he gave the example of "one will not get sin if they think of sinning except they say or act on it. and the shaik said that so similar the good deeds!"

a. Once I read in a hadith that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) never moved his lips in Salatul Asr. (I was not aware of the authenticity of that and I also remember that I read it from Sahih Muslim/Bukhari). 

b. I heard from another shaik that if someone around you recites anything only by moving his lips or some phrase with a sound and some without, then he said that one should warn such a person to stop it or read it clearly and loudly, if not then we have to tell them that "you are a witch person and will reveal it to everyone if you don't, (because it is an act of witches or magicians, the shaik said)" now which is correct and in which situations?

Q:

1. If a person intentionally does not recite surah fatiha in the third or fourth rakat of a fard prayer but stands for the duration of three subhanallahs or more and then goes into ruku will that person’s prayer be valid or invalid. And if that person stands for less than the duration of three subhanallahs and then goes into ruku will that person’s prayer be valid or invalid.

2. If a person forgets to recite surah fatiha in the third or fourth rakat of a fard prayer but stands for the duration of three subhanallahs or more and then goes into ruku will that person’s prayer be valid or invalid. And if that person stands for less than the duration of three subhanallahs and then goes into ruku will that person’s prayer be valid or invalid.

Q: Should one read Qur'aan with tajweed in salaah?

Q: I would like to ask that is it authentic Hadith that we should read la ilaha illalahu wahdahu la sharik lahu lahul mulku wala hul hamd wa hua ala kulli shaiin qadeer 10 times after every fard prayer?

Q: I have often heard that Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) was fond of certain Surahs or Quraanic verses that he would often recite in Salaah. Please provide guidance on the namaaz/rakahs and surahs for:

1. Fajr
2. Zohr
3. Asr
4. Maghrib
5. Esha
