Using the asaa (stick) and looking left and right while giving the khutbah

Q: On Friday, when the imam comes out for the khutbah and the 2nd azaan is given in front of him, then should we read the dua after azaan verbally or should we read it in our heart since we have to adopt silence at that time?
Q: What is the ruling on greeting people every Friday with Jumuah Mubarak? Is it permissible?
I understand that it was not part of the sunnah of our Nabi Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) and his companions never practised it.
Q: If a couple of people are musaafirs in a city and decide to perform Zuhr Salaah in their hotel rather than go for jumuah, is it then:
(a) Best for them to pray zuhr salaah individually rather than making a jamaat OR
(b) Obligatory for them to pray zuhr salaah individually rather than making a jamaat OR
(c) Best for them to make a jamaat for zuhr salaah?
Q: What is the condition of a business that remains open and trading at the time of Jummah. All Muslim staff leave for Salaah but the doors remain open.
Q: Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions of 50 allowed inside and 100 outside for salaah, we have a jumuah inside for 50 and a separate jumuah outside for 100 with separate Imaam and separate congregation.
1. Is this allowed?
2. Do we need to complete the 1st jumuah inside before we start the outside jumuah?
Q: In a town where there is 1 masjid and few jamaat khanas. Will it be permissible to establish Jumuah in the jamaat khanas also?
The furtherst jamaat khana not being further than 5 min away with a car and 5 times namaaz is also not taking place in most of the jamaat khanas?
Q: Is the four rakaat sunnah before the fardh of jumuah salaah sunnat-e-muakkadah or sunnat ghair muakkadah?
Q: Although it is permissible for the muazzin to stand anywhere in the masjid to give the azaan for the jumuah khutbah, is it sunnat for him to stand in front of the imaam no matter which staff he may be in?
Q: Today, my Moulana told us that if we did not read the full 12 rakaats of Zuhr Salaah, then we should go and read it. I had only read the 4 fardh and I was rushing a lot. We were writing our Jamiatul Ulama exams so I thought that if I go to read the sunnats, then I will have less time to write the paper, so I lied to my Ustaad and did not go to read the sunnats. Now I am feeling bad for deceiving and lying to my Ustaad. Will I be sinful if I leave out performing the sunnats?
