Q: Mujhe ye poochna he ke kabhi kabhar humen sardi wala bukhar hota he, aur bohot sardi lagti he. Aysi haalat me andaaza nahi hota ke wudhu karne se haalat bigar jaegi ya normal hi hogi, lekin paani me haath lagane ko himmt nahi hoti to kiya aysi soorat me namaz ke wakt tayamum kar skte he? Ya phir ye jaaiz nahi?
