Q: In England, if there is a butcher shop that sells meat and the workers are Muslim and they say that the meat is Halaal, but it is not HMC certified, can you buy and eat the meat from this shop?

1. Is sacrificing meat for anyone other than Allah considered an act of shirk (associating partners with Allah), or is it regarded as a bid’ah (innovation) that does not amount to shirk?
2. If it is indeed shirk, then what is the ruling if a Muslim sacrifices meat for a highly revered figure in Islam such as the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him), Prophet Isa (Jesus, peace be upon him), or Ali (may Allah be pleased with him); or alternatively, if the sacrifice is made for a sacred Islamic site like the Ka'bah or Masjid al-Aqsa? Would such an act nullify the person's faith (iman)?
Q: A person in our town has slaughter facilities for Qurbaani.
He has built the slaughter area in such a manner that the head of the animal is in the direction of Qibla whilst the feet are in the opposite direction i.e. south. The person slaughtering is therefore actually facing an easterly direction. Is this permissible?
Q: Can a woman who is in her menses during Eid ul Adhaa, do a qurbani on her behalf. Is it permissible?

However, I have noticed that our Ulama forbid consuming them. I have some questions regarding this:
1. What is the position of our Ulama on Brazilian chicken, regardless of the brand?
2. Are there certain brands that are genuinely halaal?
3. On what basis is meat exported to Muslim countries and certified as halaal?
4. Why do our Ulama and the Arab Ulama differ on this matter?
Q: Some of my family recite takbeer e tashreeq when slaughtering an animal rather than Bismillah Allahu Akbar which I know is sunnat.
