Laws pertaining to the Slaughterer

Q: If a person asks you to slaughter a sheep on his behalf on the days of qurbani and you agreed to do so, however you didn't verbally take his name at the time of slaughtering, but you did know that you are slaughtering for this person, so is the qurbaani valid on his behalf?

Q: 

1. What are the Shar'iee conditions in order for the slaughter to be valid in Shari'ah?
2. Are machine cut chickens Halaal in Shari'ah? If Halaal, what are the Shar'iee laws governing this mas'ala? Similarly explain that if the machine slaughters many chickens at one time, what is the shar’ee ruling regarding the meat?
3. I wish to inquire about the scalding process at the chicken factories. The slaughtered chickens are immersed (whilst still bleeding with the intestines, impurities etc.) into a hot water tank for softening the feathers etc. This water is filthy and some of the impurities are possibly absorbed into the flesh. Approximately 500 to 700 birds at a time could be in this hot water at
   any point in time, where it remains for approximately 5 minutes. How does this process affect the status of the meat? Does the meat remain halaal or does it become makrooh or haraam for Muslim consumption?
4. We are in the process of opening an abattoir in our area to provide halaal meat and facilitate the needs and requirements of the Muslim community. We would be grateful if you could guide us in this regard.  If there are any other issues in relation to the masaail of slaughter, apart from the above mentioned three questions, we would be appreciative if you could also apprise us regarding it?

Q: Kindly give guidance on whether machine slaughtered chicken can be halaal?

Q: My sister is in Russia. She gets halaal chickens at the masjid. She now found out that the chickens are slaughtered by a non muslim, and a muslim person says the tasmiya. What is the halaal status of these chickens? 

Q: If a muslim who peforms salaah only in ramadan and in the remaining months performs sometimes jumah salaah slaughters a goat or a halal animal, can I eat of it?

Q: In my home country the law forbids halal slaugher of animals. Is it permissable for the Muslims to halal slaughter animals secretly in these two scenarios:

1. If imported halal meat is available on the market
2. If no halal meat at all is available on the market​

Q: If two people hold the knife while slaughtering and one intentionally does not take Allahs name would the animal be halaal. Would the answer be different if the second person is a child.

Q: I am a PhD, Electronics Engineering, student in Torino, Italy. I have a question regarding chicken meat. There is a slaughter house near our city where Arab Muslim use to slaughter chickens. He slaughters the chicken by hand. Usually he has to slaughter approximately 7,500 chickens in 6 hours. He use to say Takbeer randomly, and not on each individual chicken. He says that it is quite difficult for him to say takbeer on each chicken. We had read in one of Mufti Taqi Usmani Sahib's (db) book that according to Imam Shaafaee (Rehmat Ullah Alaih), it is sunnah to read takbeer during slaughtering. This is the only slaughter house in our knowledge where there is no machine slaughtering of chicken. Now my question is that, if person is slaughtering so many chickens, is it a MUST for him to pass takbeer on each individual. Is it possible for us to eat that chicken if that person is slaughtering correctly according to Fiqh Shafaee?

Q: Is it necessary to make a verbal intention or to recite any dua at the time of slaughtering?
