Q: If a man thinks about some sexual thing and then his private part becomes wet with some substance, does ghusal (bath) become farz or not? What is difference between mani and mazi?

Q:

If I have preseminal fluid on my skin or underwear.

1. Do I have to change my underwear?

2. Do I have to take a shower?

3. Are my pants/shorts impure?

4. If my shirt touches that part, is it impure?

Q: I get a pressing feeling when seeing bad videos (sexual). But when i do press and pull penis from bottom to top to make all madhi out which is inside penis, then madhi will be coming out as big drop, then inside the big drop small white particle would be there or if i take that drop between my fingers and then look through it to a light, then i notice slightly thin and white line or two line inside madhi, where madhi is transparent. And that white thing does not come separately but always along with madhi but very less quantity of white thing. I get that white thing along with madhi when i get pressing feeling.

1. Is that white thing mani or madhi?

2. Is the colour of madhi always transparent?

3. Isn't ghusl fard only if a person experiences full sexual discharge?

Note: Pressing feeling means I get aroused and penis erected. I get feeling like pressing and releasing at bottom of penis. Similar to wet dream time when reaching climax and ejaculation happens. But it is not full sexual discharge as while it happens in wet dreams. Pressing and releasing feeling comes continuously during wet dreams, but while i am awake it comes once and after sometime twice or once, But not continuing consecutively but after some time. In wet dream there is no gap between pressing and releasing feeling it goes on continous till all mani is ejaculated.

Q:

1. I was wondering if the pillows that have been stained by the smell of madhiy through clothes but not directly stained by the moisture itself are impure? (There's no smell on them anymore). I just embarrassingly knew about madhiy this week and I'm trying to repent and avoid sinning thoughts. I masturbate quite often using my pillows before and I'm worried about other things that could have been stained by the smell from the pillows. 

2. I haven't washed anything on my bed and I'm still using them for sleeping and I couldn't possibly wash everything as I don't know which thing could also have been stained by the smell. As they are no visible traces of impurity, I let them dry under the sun is this okay?

3. And I'm also having doubts as sometimes when my feet and hands are wet I get on the bed and I'm wondering if my feet and hands become napaak? My indoor cat also loves to lay on my bed and walk around the house, does this mean I have to wash her?

Q: If I experience pre-seminal leakage that is apparent in every salah time am I excused or not? I cannot feel it come out but I know it will be there in every salah time although it isn't constantly flowing. It causes me great difficulty having to check everytime if something has come out... because I may be reading salah or Quran and fear that my wudu has broken but I wouldn't even feel it. If someone were excused do they need to wash the private area everytime and does the cloth covering the private part need to be changed everytime?
