Shaving the hair on the upper thighs and rear

Q: Can women keep their hair 2 lengths? They call it layering. According to what I heard from one Aalim is that Nabi (s.a.w) prohibited from qaz (shaving the sides and keeping the hair big on the top), but to have a small difference is ok. For example to cut 4 on the top and 3 at the bottom. So my 2nd question is that is the fatwa that we generally learn from our ulema regarding males is on a precautionary/taqwa basis?

Q: If it is Sunnah to put mendhi or dye the hair and beard, then how can they be reward and it be good to have white hairs, as the more white hairs the more the merits? And if it is Sunnah to dye the hair, didnt Nabi (s.a.w) have white hairs when he passed away?

Q: Is it allowed in Islam for a male to neaten the beard (NOT CUT) while it is still growing to a fist length (Not yet a fist length) as I am still in my teens and my beard has become extremely wild which is not exactly 'in my opinion' what Islam teaches. To me Islam teaches dignity in portraying ourselves to promote Islam rather than be seen as primitive and uncouth.
Q: Can men remove their hair (chest, stomach) if your answer is no then please provide how much area we can remove?
