Q: A women in her near 60's is diabetic, has blood pressure issues and foot corn such that if she walks much she get's pain in her legs.

“When you intend to leave your house you should offer two rak’ahs of [nafl]. These rak’ahs will protect you from an evil exit [harm] and when you enter your home you should offer two rak’ahs they will safeguard you from harm.”

Q: I am using a credit card for which the monthly bill is issued on the 1st of every month. If I do not pay the bill by the 15th, the bank automatically deducts the full outstanding amount from my account. I use the credit card only to avoid exposing my debit card details to merchants or hypermarkets. Is this halaal? Alhamadullah, my account never runs out of balance. What is the ruling?

Should the fee for the deed search be shared equally between all the heirs (i.e. the two sons and two daughters) or should the fee be shared between the heirs according to their stipulated shares of inheritance (i.e. the sons will pay double the amount the daughters pay)?
Q: My friend asked me for a loan of R10 000. He said that he will pay me back the R10 000 after a week. There is no extra amount that I asked him to pay over and above the R10 000. However, since he asked me to eft the amount to him through which my bank will charge me R7, I asked him to pay my bank charges i.e. to pay the R7 which my bank will be charging me to do the eft. Is it permissible for me to take the R7 from him for the eft charge?
