Q: If alot of people are sending durood to Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) at once, how does Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) reply to all?

Q: A women in her near 60's is diabetic, has blood pressure issues and foot corn such that if she walks much she get's pain in her legs. 

Now when she was married many years back, she was gifted some gold such that if that is sold she can pay for hajj. Initially she didn't do so. Now, she can only do hajj by selling the gold. She doesn't earn otherwise. Would hajj be fard on her?

Q: I came across a Hadith below showing that one should perform two rakaat salaah when entering one's home and when leaving one's home. Is the hadith authentic and can one practice upon it? 

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: 

“When you intend to leave your house you should offer two rak’ahs of [nafl]. These rak’ahs will protect you from an evil exit [harm] and when you enter your home you should offer two rak’ahs they will safeguard you from harm.” 

(Musnad Bazzar, Hadith: 8567)

Q: I am using a credit card for which the monthly bill is issued on the 1st of every month. If I do not pay the bill by the 15th, the bank automatically deducts the full outstanding amount from my account. I use the credit card only to avoid exposing my debit card details to merchants or hypermarkets. Is this halaal? Alhamadullah, my account never runs out of balance. What is the ruling?

Q: In order to find the properties which my deceased father owned, we need to conduct a deed search. Should the fee for the deed search be shared equally between all the heirs (i.e. the two sons and two daughters) or should the fee be shared between the heirs according to their stipulated shares of inheritance (i.e. the sons will pay double the amount the daughters pay)?

Q: My friend asked me for a loan of R10 000. He said that he will pay me back the R10 000 after a week. There is no extra amount that I asked him to pay over and above the R10 000. However, since he asked me to eft the amount to him through which my bank will charge me R7, I asked him to pay my bank charges i.e. to pay the R7 which my bank will be charging me to do the eft. Is it permissible for me to take the R7 from him for the eft charge?

Q: My friend asked me for a loan of R100 000. He asked me to bring the money to him. I live in Pmb and he lives in Durban. Is it permissible for me to ask him to pay my petrol money for me to bring the R100 000 to him (i.e. R200)?

Q: I would like to find out the ruling regarding ghusl for a deceased who has fake hair and nails. Sometimes it takes close to 3 hours to remove all products because of the glue used or to remove the fake hair by opening all plaits. Should ghusl be delayed?

Q: Is it permissible to make multiple intentions when performing qadha salaah, for example making intention for Tahajjud if performed Tahajjud time or Ishraaq if performed Ishraaq time? 

Also, is it permissible to make intention for Salatul Tauba Hajat, Shukr Istikhaarah when performing qadha salaah?
