Q: I heard from someone that they had their bulls slaughtered at an abattoir on Eid ul Adha.
This is how it happened: they put the bull normally in a cage then turn it to its side, they slaughter it properly but they said that after they slaughter it, the abattoir shoots it in the head.
The reason for this is because after slaughtering it then the brain is still active so that is what the muscle of the bull contracts (the animal is dead once its slaughtered).
Then immediately it gets sliced same time. I wanted to know if this is ok?
Q: Scenario:
I met up in an accident some time ago. The back bumper and other parts were damaged. I then met up in a second accident and, the car was damaged at the same place before I got it fixed. The person with the second accident has insurance.
So will it be permissible for me to claim the complete cost of it and not tell them that the car was in an accident before. If I do tell them that the car was in an accident before, the insurance company will not pay anything for the damaged.
Will it be permissible for me not to tell them and claim the entire amount from them?

Q:
1. I have a problem of mosquito blood staining my bedding. I therefore wash that part only but do not do so 3x, sometimes only once because the blood is removed. Is this ok?
2. The water that falls elsewhere on my bedding from the washing of the blood, is it considered napaak? Do I have to wash that area where the water fell as well? - since the water has been used to wash blood.
3. Is the area where the above mentioned water fell has dried with no traces of impurity, will it be considered pure?
Q: My cousin is a Hafiz Alhamdulillah. He is pious but he wont do any Tabligh work. He wont tell people to pray or to leave out sins. He leads Taraweeh every year and he is busy in his life. My other cousin is a doctor. He is also pious Alhamdulillah he does Tabligh work with his doctor profession.
My question is, on the Day of Qiyamah, whose status will be higher; this doctor who is doing Tabligh or this Hafiz?
