Irregular bleeding

Q: If my wife is always having periods for 5 days. After 5 days can we can do 'intercourse'? Last week after 5 days, after confirming that there is no more bleeding and no signs of blood, we did. But after 2/3 hours suddenly bleeding starts, this was the first time it happened. What does Shari'ah says about it? I can't explain my question much but please give me a detailed answer as we are very concerned about this. We don't want to commit any sin.

Treating one's children equally

Q: My question is regarding maintenance. My husband and I have two daughters and a son that is four months old. My husband's ex wife has dragged him to court for maintenance numerous times and he has told the court he can not afford that which she is asking but can pay a lesser amount. The councillor in charge of his case has now told him to get a better job and that I should find a job to so that I can support our children and he must then support his previous child. I need to know what Shari'ah says regarding the fact that my husband must solely see to that child and not the children he has with me. His ex-wife has also on numerous occasions told him why did he have another baby when he can't support her daughter. And that her daughter was there first so she deserves everything. I'm quite shocked and hurt that she would be so towards my kids when we don't ask her for anything. She is married to a sheik and is in purdah but belittles my children when ever they appear in court.

Q: I would like to know if when a person is on dialysis (haemodialysis) where your blood comes out goes into a machine gets filtered an returns to your body. Does this break your wudhu?

Child born out of wedlock

Q:

1) If a female falls pregnant as a result of Zina, then marries the father of the child when she is 3 months pregnant, is the child still illegitimate? and cannot inherit?

2) Also please advise regarding the inheritance of such children? I heard that there is a 33% portion of ones wealth that can be distributed to illegitimate children or to any other persons that are not allowed to inherit such as neighbours, friends, maid etc
