Using water for istinja
Q: My question is regarding wudhu for Salaah. If someone urinates and he uses toilet paper not water and thereafter he makes wudhu, washes his hands, nose, face, arms, hair and feet, so can he be declared as clean for Salaah?

Q: There is a custom in some communities, that is; when we give some prepared food to our neighbor or somebody they always give back something which they prepared, in the same plate in return. The problem is, when nothing is found in their home they refuse to return our plate empty and say that, "I will give later"because of custom. Is this an act of sunnah to give back something as hadya in the same plate when one receives hadya from a neighbor or someone else?
Q: Is it permissible for an Aalim who is appointed as Imam in a musjid to receive salary for Imamat whereas the five times salaah is obligatory for
the imam also and also it is a duty of a muslim who keeps the knowledge of fiqh and recites quran properly to lead the salah only for the sake of Allah without a salary?
Q: In some places when an aalim does a bayan, the people and masjid committee collect money and give it to the aalim as hadya. Is it permissible for him to receive that amount because it is his duty to educate people islamically?

Q: I have a question about divorce. My husband is a high blood pressure patient and nowadays he is suffering from facial paralysis and a heart problem as well. So when his BP shoots, he is not even in his senses. He pronounced divorce four times in that stream anger and high BP and when he found me weeping then he realised that he was out of senses and pronounced that word. I am very upset please guide me.
