Q:

1. My parents passed away when I was a minor. My mother was shot when I was 2 years old and my father was shot when I was 6 years old. Does that make both of them shaheed?

2. I'm unaware of any qadha salaahs or fast if they had any. I was told that my father used to cover up qadha salaahs, I'm not sure if he completed it. What must I do on behalf of them? I would have estimated how many salaahs and fasts they had from the age of their puberty till demise and paid for every salaah and fast but I'm not a wealthy person. I dont know if I should give kafaarah on their behalf for any qadha salaah and fasts and how much I need to pay for them both as I am unaware of the amount of qadha salaahs or fasts for them both. What must I do?

Q: How much right does a man have over his wife's salary which she earns?

Q: If both, husband and wife are working,  will the right to pay zakat be for the man or the woman since the gold belongs to the woman?

If the man cannot pay the zakat, what is the solution? Does the woman need to sell the gold to avoid giving zakat?

Q: I am greatly troubled with occurrences worldwide e.g. the situations in China, Palestine, Saudi, Iraq, North Korea, etc. Sometimes, I do read the news. Alhumdulillah I am trying to be consistent in my duas and nawafil for the oppressed worldwide.

Can Mufti Saheb please offer some advice on how to remain positive about these situations as well as what we should be doing to help those in need?

Is it alright to read the news occasionally (avoiding all murat i.e. pictures of animate objects)?

How can we remain safe in these times of fitnah? 

Q: May someone who has savings amounting to about 400k accept lillah and if so, will they be sinful for doing so? The person is a widow with a 16 year old son who is not working.

Q: About 8 years ago, I had sexual intercourse with my wife while fasting in the month of Ramadaan. I didn't know that time if this was a violation or haraam or if there is any kaffara that needs to be paid. Later I have realized that I might've made a mistake or committed a sin. So I would like to ask what shall I do now? Is there any kaffara that needs to be paid r just ask forgiveness from Allah?

Q: Is it permissible to follow someone on instagram or twitter or facebook or any social media platform except pornography as we should only follow ALLAH. If we follow someone on social media, will this be shirk? 

Q: Apart from divorce, if a married girl escapes and gets married without registration, what are the rules of Islam?

Q: We have children who are not baaliqh attending the fardh salaah. They are standing next to their fathers in the first saff. They were requested on many occasions to have their sons read in the back saff.

Is my salaah nullified? Is it makrooh to have these young boys in the middle of the saff?
